Attend, good gentles of Silsbee — ye noble lords, fair ladies, and merry groundlings all!
Hast thou ever long’d to tread the boards, to speak words most noble, yet found thy hours consumed by mortal toil? Verily, now is thine chance!
Auditions for “Shakespeare in Silsbee” shall be held upon the eve of Friday, the four and twentieth of October, in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Five and Twenty, at half past the sixth hour.
Gather thee at The Silsbee Little Playhouse, where brave players shall present themselves before the company. Monologues shall be provided for all who seek to prove their mettle in speech and spirit.
Come forth, and let thine heart take the stage within this Wooden O —Where dreams, delight, and noble verse await thee!
